"We, at Christleton High School, aim to be happy, hardworking and courteous."
| Above is the motto of Christleton High School and it sums up the school. All students are happy, hardworking and courteous. This helps to build good pupil-teacher relationships, which in turn helps students. It also makes Christleton a good working environment. Because of the good pupil teacher relationship, a wide range of extra-curricular activities are offered for students. For years the Sixth Form have been involved in the Young Enterprise Scheme. The students involved have to plan a business that needs to be sustained for over a year. Christleton consistently does well and has won the Accounts Award for a number of years. Each and every activity organized nationally, and participated in by Christleton, brings reward to the school and students. Over the years Christleton has built up a good reputation for outstanding achievement . We have many trophies in the Entrance Hall that support the fact. |
| Christleton students also participate in many charity activities. Each year many shoe boxes are provided for Operation Christmas Child that go to Bosnia to bring some happiness to children of the war stricken country. We also provide hampers for the old people in the villages surrounding Christleton. We have a charity council that meets to discuss charity issues in school and to raise money outside school. The Sixth form annually hold events in which they raise money for charity. | |
| The School Council allows students to have their say and suggest ways in which Christleton can improve for the benefit of everybody. Year and Form Representatives meet regularly to discuss the suggestions that have been made to them during the time between meetings. This is very valuable and has been the source of some changes around Christleton in the past. | ![]() |
